The Rommel Museum is a museum in Herrlingen, Germany dedicated to the life and career of German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel. The museum is located in a small villa where Rommel and his family lived from 1913 to 1918. The villa was later converted into a museum in 1990, after being restored to its original state.
The museum features a collection of Rommel's personal belongings, as well as historical artifacts from World War II. There are also displays of Rommel's military career and his contributions to the development of German military tactics.
Visitors can view Rommel's uniforms, weapons, medals, and personal letters. The museum also features a 20-minute film about Rommel's life and his military campaigns.
It is one of the few museums in Germany dedicated solely to the life of a military leader and has attracted visitors from around the world who are interested in the history of World War II.
